About Barb
With a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alabama, Barb McDonald has the education and experience to help your brewing or distilling operation reach the next level. Barb is a distilling & brewing consultant, and chemical engineer focused on efficient, high-quality beverage alcohol production. From fermentation to final proof, she designs and optimizes processes that scale and perform—backed by rigorous Quality systems and sensory analysis to ensure every product tastes, smells, and finishes exactly as intended.
